関係者によると、ＦＸや情報商材などを取引したことがある人をまとめた見込み客リストを使い、複数のかけ子グループに営業をさせ、収納代行業者を通じて中心メンバーに資金が移動するという役割分担をしていたという。
逮捕された小俣容疑者はかけ子グループ、鈴木翼容疑者（33）は収納代行業者としてカネを管理する役割にあったという。
かけ子グループは複数チームあり、詐欺グループの全容は40人程度いると思われる。そして、見込み客リストを提供し、顧客を騙すアプリなどのシステムを用意した主犯格と言える人物は、既にドバイに逃げているようだ。
その人物とは、（株）Ｂ社（東京都中央区）代表のＭ氏と見られる。Ｍ氏は、収納代行業者を用意した人物らと共に日本を発った。
Ｍ氏は、Ｂ社が本店を置く日本橋箱崎町界隈（上写真）のビルを拠点に詐欺の舞台装置を用意し、複数のかけ子グループに営業電話をかけさせ、収納代行業者を通じて詐取金の一部を現金で受け取っていたという。
Ｍ氏は、Ｂ社を中心に、同じビルに複数の別会社を別代表で作り、詐欺の舞台として使われた「グローバルリンク」「アバンス」等のＨＰの作成などを、それらの会社で請け負っていたようだ。当局もすでにこうしたことは把握している模様だ。
しかし、ドバイは現在、こうした犯罪者の逃亡先になっている。
